All e-mails will be replied within 24 hours. Once received, open the given link and download the REGISTRATION FORM attached in the e-mail.

Fill out the registration form and complete all the requirements.

#3 SUBMIT
All required documents (hard copy) must be put in the provided dropbox (located in front of BEM-UPH Office B306 or Faculty of Medicine Lounge 2nd floor GLFK)
